Nature Artist and Wildlife Photographer,
born in 1965 in Frankfurt am Main, now resident in Kassel, Germany
Member of the "Worldwide Nature Artists Group" (WNAG) and of the "Gesellschaft Deutscher Tierfotografen" (GDT, Society of German Wildlife Photographers)
Represented in the "Nature Picture Library", the agency succeeding the BBC's Natural History Unit.
Many photographs have been awarded prizes, both nationally and internationally.
Studies in biology at the universities of Kassel and Göttingen
Extensive travel undertaken to study nature in almost all European countries as well as North, Central and South America, Africa and the Caribbean.
Since 1990 professional activity has concentrated on creating information boards on nature themes in cooperation with various companies, one of which he participated in establishing himself.
2005 Wildlife Illustrated founded.
